Implenia AG Announces Board of Directors Changes
Implenia AG has announced a forthcoming change in its Board of Directors. Martin Fischer will step down at the Annual General Meeting on March 25, 2025. He has served as a Board Member and part of the Nomination and Compensation Committee since 2018. The company will propose Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen as a new Board member during the same meeting.
Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen, a Swiss citizen and non-executive, brings extensive experience from her roles with Baloise Group and Banco Santander International SA. As a titular professor at the University of Geneva, she has a strong academic background with degrees in law and philosophy.
Implenia, headquartered in Opfikon, Switzerland, is a leading construction and real estate service provider in Switzerland and Germany, with a workforce of over 9,000 employees. The company is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and had a reported revenue of CHF 3.6 billion in 2023.
