One Experience Announces Capital Increase to Strengthen Its Bitcoin Strategy

One Experience, a major player in hybrid hospitality in Europe, is launching a €1.5 million capital increase. This transaction, which could reach €1.725 million thanks to an extension clause, aims to support the company's Bitcoin Treasury strategy. A large portion, or 90%, of the funds will be dedicated to the acquisition of Bitcoins, while the remainder will be used for its traditional activities.

The subscription period will run from August 8 to 20, 2025, with a unit price of €1.20, offering a 20% discount to the market. One Experience has already secured 88% of the subscription commitments from key investors, notably through debt offsetting.

The transaction aims to strengthen the company's equity and involve its shareholders in its development. This ambitious project marks a key step in One Experience's evolution, integrating real and digital assets.
