IKB Funding Trust I Plans Redemption of Trust Preferred Securities
IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG announced its intention to initiate the redemption of the Class B Preferred Securities associated with IKB Funding Trust I. The redemption is planned for June 30, 2025. This process involves the termination of Trust Preferred Securities with a liquidation preference of EUR 100 per security. The potential redemption will also include any accrued and unpaid Trust Capital Payments up to, but not including, the redemption date.
The confirmation of this planned action is contingent on the full receipt of the redemption price for the Class B Preferred Securities by the Property Trustee. As of now, official termination and redemption notifications have not been issued. These will be communicated at a later date.
