ICS Launches Complimentary 100-Hour Customer Journey Service
ICS.cx, based in Medford Lakes, NJ, has announced a new initiative offering a 100-hour Customer Journey Service at no cost for new customers. This service aims to enhance customer service, retention, and profitability by honing every step of the customer journey from website interaction to support systems.
According to Ken Kiernan, President of ICS, understanding the customer journey allows companies to improve sales and support. This service is available to new customers who enroll in the Workforce Management Cloud Service or similar investments, as part of the Best-of-Breed program for operations with a minimum of 250 seats in 2024.
