I.CERAM: Final accounts for the 2023 financial year and availability of the Universal Registration Document
The I.CERAM board of directors, meeting on August 2, 2024 under the chairmanship of André Kérisit, approved the final accounts for the 2023 financial year. The company had requested to be placed in receivership, pronounced on April 24 by the Limoges commercial court.
Consequently, the auditor did not certify the 2023 accounts. The final results show a turnover of €992,000, down 29.5% compared to 2022. The net result stands at -€1,104,000.
The General Meeting will be held on September 27, 2024. The company also makes the 2023 Universal Registration Document, including the annual report, available on its website and that of the AMF.
