I.CERAM - Extension to September 30, 2024 of the deadline for holding the General Meeting

I.CERAM has announced an extension of the deadline for its General Meeting responsible for approving the accounts for the 2023 financial year. The company filed a request to this effect with the Limoges Commercial Court on May 31, 2024.

The Limoges Commercial Court granted this request on June 12, 2024. By order, it granted an extension until September 30, 2024 for the holding of this meeting.
