ICADE General Meeting Approves Key Resolutions

On May 13, 2025, Icade held its Combined General Meeting at Paris La Défense. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Frédéric Thomas, covered numerous resolutions with significant approval rates. A noteworthy quorum of over 80% was established, reflecting strong shareholder participation.

Key approvals included financial statements for 2024 and a gross cash dividend of €4.31 per share, with part already paid in March and the balance due in July. The company also renewed important director appointments and authorized changes in its Articles of Association for modern regulatory alignment.
