Icade Adjusts 2024 Financial Guidance Due to Interim Dividend
On November 29, 2024, Icade announced an upward revision of its 2024 Group Net Current Cash Flow guidance, following the decision by Præmia Healthcare's Board to distribute an interim dividend. Icade is set to receive approximately €12.3 million by year-end from its stake in Præmia Healthcare.
This anticipated income has led to an increased estimation of Net Current Cash Flow from discontinued operations, now projected at €1.03 per share, compared to the previous €0.80 per share estimate. Consequently, Icade expects the Group Net Current Cash Flow for 2024 to reach the upper end of the €3.78 to €3.93 per share range.
The revisions are attributed to both strategic operations, expected at the top of the €2.75 to €2.90 per share range, and the enhanced performance from discontinued operations.
