HGears AG Group: Profitability Supported by Cost Measures Amid Revenue Challenges

hGears AG Group reported a 3.8% decline in revenues to EUR 69.8 million for the first nine months of 2025. The period saw positive growth in e-Mobility and e-Tools, yet these segments did not fully compensate for the expected drop in e-Bike sales. The company attributed this to ongoing economic and geopolitical tensions, impacting consumer confidence.

Despite these challenges, structural and cost-saving measures increased adjusted EBITDA from EUR 0.4 million to EUR 0.9 million, reflecting a margin improvement from 0.6% to 1.3%. The e-Mobility segment grew by 4.1%, benefiting from a focus on premium vehicles. Meanwhile, e-Tools reported a revenue increase of 9.0%. The e-Bike segment, however, experienced a significant decrease of 42.7%.

hGears maintains a strong equity ratio of 45.1% and remains optimistic about future stabilization in the e-Bike market.
