Digi Power X Purchases $20 Million in NVIDIA GPUs for AI Platform

Digi Power X Inc., a company specializing in digital infrastructure and AI-ready data centers, has announced a significant acquisition. The firm has entered into an agreement to purchase approximately $20 million worth of NVIDIA B300 GPUs from Super Micro Computer, Inc. These GPUs will be employed in Digi Power X's Tier III AI data center and made accessible through its NeoCloudzTM platform.

The NeoCloudzTM platform, offering GPU-as-a-Service, aims to provide on-demand access to advanced computing for enterprises, AI startups, and research bodies. Availability is projected for March 2026. The move underlines Digi Power X’s strategy to boost its AI infrastructure, with an expected return on invested capital within 30 months.

Alec Amar, President of Digi Power X, highlighted the synergy between NVIDIA B300 and Supermicro systems, aimed at supporting diverse AI workloads efficiently. The expansion reflects Digi Power X's commitment to a scalable, integrated AI infrastructure.
