Hypoport SE Reports Strong Growth in 2024 Financial Performance
Hypoport SE has announced significant revenue and EBIT growth for the fiscal year 2024. The board revealed that revenue increased by approximately 15% to around 560 million euros, driven by advancements in private real estate financing within its Real Estate & Mortgage Platforms segment.
Additionally, the group's gross profit grew by 15% to approximately 240 million euros, and EBIT rose by 23% to 17 million euros. A retroactive adjustment in revenue presentation for the subsidiary Starpool Finanz GmbH further contributed to these results, impacting previous fiscal year figures but leaving gross profit and EBIT unaffected.
Looking forward to 2025, Hypoport expects revenues to reach at least 640 million euros, with a gross profit of at least 270 million euros and EBIT ranging from 30 million to 36 million euros.
