Hypoport SE has reported a significant increase in business volume for the year 2024, particularly within its Real Estate & Mortgage Platforms segment. The company observed a 27% rise in mortgage transaction volume via its Europace platform. Both cooperative and savings banks reported a surge of around 50%. In contrast, the corporate financing sector faced challenges due to a weak market environment.

The residential property management platform saw a 37% increase in customer acquisition. Insurance portfolios managed on SMART INSUR and ePension platforms also grew. Despite the positive trends, the volume for residential construction loans remained low due to complex regulations.

Corporate financing projects' realized volume declined, attributed to prolonged processing times for federal funding. Overall, Hypoport's positive trends highlight the group's adaptability and market share gains in a changing economic landscape.
