Changes in the Management Board at HOWOGE
Berlin, 24th September 2025. The supervisory board of HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH has appointed Jörg Kotzenbauer to the management board. He will oversee the commercial areas, including Treasury, Investor Relations, and Human Resources, starting from 1st November 2025. Kotzenbauer, a seasoned business management and law graduate, brings extensive experience from his previous leadership roles at Union Investment and Zentral Boden Immobilien Group.
Ulrich Schiller will leave the company by 31st March 2026, having significantly contributed to HOWOGE's growth and strategic realignment since 2019. Under his leadership, the company's housing portfolio expanded by 20,000 apartments. Schiller will join the Techem Group as Chief Operating Officer.
The transition ensures continuity in HOWOGE's operations and future growth plans. The supervisory board expresses gratitude to Schiller for his dedication and achievements.
