The new entity announced its acquisition of a majority stake in Patentwerk B.V., a renowned European patent firm. This move is part of its strategy to consolidate IP expertise, spanning patent attorneys and technical specialists.

The initiative is supported by i4E N.V., which provides strategic investment and over 15 years of IP monetization expertise. Patentwerk, with nearly three decades of experience, now benefits from House of IP's capital and licensing infrastructure.

This partnership aims to deliver a comprehensive IP model, enhancing commercialization opportunities while maintaining the professional independence of firms. It addresses industry fragmentation by integrating high-quality patent prosecution with strategic IP advice.
