Hot Rocks Investments plc Announces Passing of Non-Executive Chairman

Hot Rocks Investments plc has officially announced the death of Mr. Brian Rowbotham, who served as the non-executive Chairman of the company. Mr. Rowbotham, a highly respected Chartered Accountant, held a significant career in the financial sector including marked roles at Deloitte & Touche, Save and Prosper, and F&C Management Ltd. He was notably involved in the flotation of Teather and Greenwood on AIM, subsequently moving to the Official List, before venturing into consultancy focused on turnarounds and start-ups.

Gavin Burnell, Managing Director of Hot Rocks Investments, expressed deep regret over Mr. Rowbotham’s passing, referring to him both as a valued colleague and friend. Sincere condolences have been extended to his family and friends on behalf of the company. Despite this loss, the company stated that they have no immediate plans to change the composition of the Board, intending to keep this under review in consideration of their strategy of minimizing costs.
