Horizon Aircraft Collaborates with North Aircraft Industries for Cavorite X7 Wing Production

Horizon Aircraft has established a partnership with North Aircraft Industries to manufacture and test the wings for the Cavorite X7, a full-scale VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft. Known for its complex aerospace composite engineering, North Aircraft Industries will contribute their expertise in creating high-strength, lightweight aircraft components. This collaboration aims to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Cavorite X7.

The innovative design of the Cavorite X7 enables both vertical takeoff and efficient forward flight by utilizing 12 embedded electric lift fans that transform the aircraft. North Aircraft’s role includes conducting structural testing of the wings post-manufacture. The project targets readiness for testing in 2027.
