HOPIUM: Documents from the Joint General Meeting available
On May 26, 2025, HOPIUM announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 6, 2025 in Paris. This meeting, both ordinary and extraordinary, concerns all shareholders wishing to participate. The notice of meeting, including the agenda and proposed resolutions, is available in the BALO bulletins of May 2 and 21, 2025. The participation and voting procedures are also specified therein.
Furthermore, HOPIUM has posted these documents online, in accordance with Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, in the “Investors/General Meetings” section of its website. The company remains a committed player in the decarbonization of heavy-duty transport, preparing for the upcoming commercialization of modular hydrogen solutions.
