Highlight Event and Entertainment AG Annual General Meeting Approves All Proposals
Pratteln, June 28, 2024 – Highlight Event and Entertainment AG (“HLEE”), listed on the SIX Swiss Stock Exchange, held its Annual General Meeting today. Shareholders approved all motions proposed by the Board of Directors with a large majority.
Bernhard Burgener was re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Peter von Büren, Clive Ng, Edda Kraft, and Stefan Wehrenberg were also re-elected as board members. Additionally, Edda Kraft and Stefan Wehrenberg were re-elected as members of the Compensation Committee.
The board's proposal to reduce the nominal value of all bearer shares from CHF 9 to CHF 1 was approved. The current capital band was extended until 2029 with adjusted thresholds.
