Highlight Communications AG 2024 Annual General Meeting Approves All Proposals

Highlight Communications AG, headquartered in Pratteln, held its Annual General Meeting on June 27, 2024. The Swiss company, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, saw all Board of Directors' motions approved by a significant majority.

Bernhard Burgener was re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Peter von Büren, Edda Kraft, and Stefan Wehrenberg were confirmed as board members for another year. Edda Kraft and Stefan Wehrenberg were additionally re-elected to the Compensation Committee.

The meeting underscored shareholder confidence in the current leadership and direction of Highlight Communications AG.
