Highlander Silver Joins Augusta Group and Reshapes Leadership

Highlander Silver Corp. has officially joined the Augusta Group of Companies. This strategic decision comes with significant leadership changes including the appointment of Richard Warke as Director, Interim President, and CEO. New board members include Thomas Whelan, Jerrold Annett, and Javier Toro, joining Federico Velásquez.

The integration into the Augusta Group aims to capitalize on the San Luis silver-gold project in Peru. The project boasts historical resources of 348,000 ounces of gold and 9 million ounces of silver. The group's founder, Richard Warke, is optimistic about the project's potential for value creation.

Highlander Silver's new team brings extensive industry experience. Whelan, Annett, and Toro have proven track records in mining and finance. Meanwhile, Graeme Lyall and Dave Fincham have resigned, although Fincham will assist during the transition.
