HIAG Immobilien Holding AG General Meeting Results

On April 18, 2024, HIAG Immobilien Holding AG held its Annual General Meeting in Cham, where shareholders approved all the Board of Directors' proposals. This included the approval of the 2023 Annual Report and a dividend distribution of CHF 3.10 per share, comprised of an ordinary dividend and a capital contribution, payable on April 25, 2024.
