HEXAOM: Monthly Declaration of Voting Rights - October 2024
HEXAOM has published its monthly statement relating to the shares comprising its share capital and the associated voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of October 31, 2024, the company's capital consists of 6,937,593 shares.
The same number of theoretical voting rights is attached to these shares. However, the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 6,852,763, taking into account the shares deprived of voting rights.
The theoretical voting rights count includes all shares, including those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations. This distinction provides essential clarity for investors and regulators.
