HEXAOM: Publication of Voting Rights as of December 31, 2025
HEXAOM has published the figures relating to the number of shares comprising its capital and the total number of voting rights for December 31, 2025. This announcement follows article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
The company's capital consists of 6,937,593 shares. Voting rights amount to 10,707,981 theoretical rights and 10,623,617 exercisable rights.
Theoretical voting rights include all shares with voting rights, even those deprived of these rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Exercisable voting rights are calculated by subtracting shares deprived of voting rights.
