Hendric Groth to Leave Nakiki SE Executive Board by Mutual Agreement
On 15 July 2024, Hendric Groth will step down from the Executive Board of Nakiki SE. This decision comes by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board and the company.
Mr. Groth has served on an interim basis during Nakiki's realignment phase, which is set to complete upon the introduction of the new CEO, Andreas Wegerich. The company announced this strategic transition on 21 March.
The company and the Supervisory Board extend their gratitude to Mr. Groth for his significant contributions. They wish him success in his future endeavors.
