Henderson Land Unveils Art Garden in Hong Kong

Henderson Land Development Company Limited has opened the Henderson Art Garden in Hong Kong. Collaborating with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the group transformed the Lambeth Walk Rest Garden into an art sanctuary next to The Henderson. As the first sculpture art garden by Zaha Hadid Architects in Asia, it merges art, innovation, and sustainability.

The Art Garden showcases works by renowned local and international artists. Among them, American artist Ned Kahn's Breathing Tree and German artist Philipp Frank's Hypnotic Dream are notable installations. The garden also features The Fractal Forest by the local group STICKYLINE x Leanna Lee, emphasizing conservation and biodiversity.

Moreover, Henderson's focus on sustainability is evident. The group collaborated with ecologists to create a butterfly-friendly environment, incorporating nectar-rich plants. This symbolizes a balance between development and conservation within a bustling urban landscape.
