HELLA Shareholders Approve €0.71 Dividend Per Share at 2024 Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting held on April 26, 2024, shareholders of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA overwhelmingly voted to approve a dividend payment of €0.71 per share. This continues the company’s consistent policy of distributing approximately 30% of its net result to shareholders, representing a total dividend payout of €79 million for fiscal year 2023.

During the meeting, CEO Bernard Schäferbarthold highlighted the company's strategic achievements, including a strong order intake and positioning within the FORVIA Group, providing it additional growth opportunities. The fiscal year 2023 saw FORVIA HELLA post adjusted sales of €8.1 billion and achieve an operating income margin of 6.1% amidst a complex market scenario.
