H2APEX Group Delays 2024 Financial Statements
H2APEX Group SCA has announced a delay in the publication of its audited consolidated financial statements and annual report for 2024. Originally scheduled for April 30, 2025, the new release date is set for May 12, 2025. The company cites technical valuation issues related to its hydrogen development projects as the cause for this postponement.
Despite this delay, H2APEX assures stakeholders that there will be no adjustments to the previously published revenue forecast for 2024, nor any impacts anticipated on the positive going concern forecast. Consequently, the company's general meeting is expected to occur at the end of June 2025, post-publication of the financial documents.
