Haulotte Reports 27% Revenue Decline in H1 2025

Haulotte Group announced a 27% drop in revenue for the first half of 2025, totaling €264 million. This decline reflects ongoing difficulties in the global aerial work platform market, exacerbated by geopolitical tensions and cautious investment approaches from major rental players.

In detail, equipment sales decreased by 32% to €215 million, while rental and services sectors showed minimal growth of 3% and 2%, respectively. Regionally, Europe demonstrated resilience with a revenue drop of only 7%, but Asia-Pacific and North America faced significant declines of 36% and 48%, respectively.

Haulotte's current operating income, excluding exchange effects, fell to €1 million from €30 million in the previous year, marking a 0.6% margin of sales. The net result was a loss of €21 million, driven by financial expenses and weak currency performance against the Euro.

With limited expectations for H2 2025, the group anticipates maintaining its current stance, especially with rental players concentrating on 2026.
