Hannan Metals Announces AGM Results and New Board Appointment

Hannan Metals Ltd has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on November 8, 2024, in Vancouver, BC. Shareholders representing 29.58% of the total votes approved all resolutions, including the election of directors Michael Hudson, Georgina Carnegie, Nick DeMare, and David Henstridge, and the appointment of Davidson & Company as auditors. Additionally, the company's Stock Option Plan was ratified.
