Hamilton Global Opportunities Announces New Investments in Exos and Antaria

Hamilton Global Opportunities plc, listed on Euronext Growth, has announced two significant investments. The company has increased its stake in Exos Financial, a US-based financial institution driven by cutting-edge technology, by subscribing to a convertible loan note. This brings Hamilton's total commitment to Exos to USD 9 million. Additionally, Hamilton has invested EUR 4 million into Antaria Holding (Ireland) Limited.

Exos, founded in 2018 by Brady Dougan, seeks to disrupt institutional finance with an innovative platform integrating data analytics technology. Meanwhile, Antaria operates as an alternative lending platform for pharmacies, focusing initially on France with plans for European expansion.

Hamilton's CEO, Gustavo Perrotta, expressed commitment to Exos and enthusiasm about the investment in Antaria, highlighting the alignment with Hamilton’s investment strategy focusing on dynamic management teams and responsible innovation.
