HAMBORNER REIT AG Issues 2025 Guidance

HAMBORNER REIT AG has announced new projections for the fiscal year 2025, with anticipated revenues from rents and leases between EUR 87.5 and 89.0 million. This represents a decrease from the previous year's expected EUR 92.0 to 93.0 million. The reduction is attributed to the sale of portfolio properties and an upcoming property sale that could generate a cumulative transaction volume of around EUR 47 million.

Funds from operations (FFO) are forecasted to be between EUR 44.0 and 46.0 million, down from the earlier range of EUR 50.0 to 51.0 million. This decline is largely due to reduced rental income following property disposals, and increased maintenance, personnel, and strategic project costs.

The company has not yet factored in potential reinvestments or further property sales for its forecast. Despite the lowered outlook, HAMBORNER's board plans to propose maintaining the dividend per share at EUR 0.48.
