Halfords Group PLC: Successful AGM Resolutions Passed

Halfords Group PLC has announced that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 3 September 2025 were successfully passed. The resolutions were approved through a poll, confirming widespread shareholder support.

The resolutions included receiving the Audited Financial Statements and declaring a final dividend, both of which saw nearly unanimous approval. There was also approval for the Directors’ Remuneration Report and the election and re-election of various directors, including Henry Birch and Keith Williams.

The re-appointment of BDO LLP as Auditor and authorization for the Audit Committee to determine the Auditor’s remuneration were also confirmed. Notably, the proposal to authorize political donations was passed with 87.93% in favor, indicating robust debate.

Overall, the AGM saw a solid endorsement of the company’s proposals, with most resolutions receiving over 99% approval.
