Half-yearly review of Verimatrix's liquidity contract

On March 14, 2025, Verimatrix published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity agreement with ODDO BHF for its securities listed on Euronext Paris. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account held 235,159 Verimatrix shares and €31,442.39. Comparatively, as of June 30, 2024, it held 251,286 shares and €25,540.14.

Since the contract was initially set up, with 91,006 shares and €152,357.11, significant transactions have taken place. Between July 1 and December 31, 2024, there were 672 purchases and 625 sales, resulting in a total volume of 311,493 shares for €102,667.85 for purchases and 327,620 shares for €108,571.92 for sales.
