Half-yearly review of the ERAMET liquidity contract as of June 30, 2024

On June 30, 2024, the liquidity account of the ERAMET company, managed by BNP Paribas, held 65,029 ERAMET shares and 3,556,081 euros. During the first half of 2024, ERAMET recorded the purchase of 143,958 securities for 12,020,983 euros through 3,524 transactions and the sale of 161,295 securities for 13,639,733 euros through 3,831 transactions.

In comparison, in the previous half-year balance sheet as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account contained 83,876 securities and 1,719,670 euros. During the second half of 2023, ERAMET made purchases of 114,268 securities for 8,419,717 euros and sales of 119,068 securities for 8,774,640 euros.

For the record, on the date of implementation of AMF decision no. 2021-01 on July 1, 2021, the account contained 71,961 securities and 3,265,802 euros. On December 31, 2018, during the implementation of AMF decision 2018-1, it included 65,307 securities and 3,730,851 euros.
