Half-yearly review of the DON'T NOD ENTERTAINMENT liquidity contract
Paris, July 8, 2024 – DON'T NOD ENTERTAINMENT announces its half-yearly report for the liquidity contract managed by TP ICAP (Europe). As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account showed 36,119 securities and 48,447.11 euros in cash.
For the first half of 2024, the company recorded 279 purchase transactions for 68,331 securities, totaling 214,255.01 euros, and 214 sale transactions, representing 58,024 securities for an amount of 189,754.16 euros.
Comparatively, as of December 29, 2023, DON'T NOD held 25,812 securities and 73,849.81 euros. Since the establishment of the contract on July 1, 2021, the initial means were 10,992 shares and 53,082.11 euros.
On October 26, 2023, an additional contribution of 100,000 euros was made. TP ICAP (Europe) remains regulated by the ACPR and the AMF.
