Half-yearly report on the Ordissimo liquidity contract as of December 31, 2023

Ordissimo SA has released its half-yearly results for the liquidity contract entrusted to TSAF - Tradition Securities And Futures. As of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account held 12,814 Ordissimo shares and €12,815.69. By comparison, as of June 30, 2023, it held 12,155 shares and €12,948.47.

During the second half of 2023, 10,255 shares were purchased and 9,596 sold, representing 36 and 27 transactions respectively for a total amount of €9,086.92.

These transactions allowed for position adjustments while maintaining stable liquidity. The contract recorded 55 buy and sell transactions over various dates, illustrating active and dynamic portfolio management.
