Half-year Liquidity Contract Statement of ALTEN SA as at 30 June 2024

On 9th July 2024, ALTEN SA released its half-year liquidity contract statement for the period ending 30th June 2024. This report is created under the liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux. As of the closing date, the liquidity account held 13,056 shares and €241,329.43.

During the semester, the number of executions on the buy side was 3,748 and 3,322 on the sell side. The traded volume included 110,411 shares for €14,216,163.95 on the buy side and 99,326 shares for €12,930,152.46 on the sell side.

Comparatively, the last half-year statement as of 31st December 2023 reported 1,971 shares and €1,511,911.80. The number of executions was then 3,379 on the buy side and 3,200 on the sell side, with traded volumes of 101,212 shares for €12,836,303.12 on the buy side and 102,732 shares for €13,057,782.56 on the sell side.

Originally, when the liquidity account activity started, it contained 9,848 shares and €40,881.00. This current report follows AMF Decision N°2021-01, confirming the practice of liquidity contracts for shares.
