H2APEX Group SCA Acquires HH2E Werk Lubmin GmbH Shares

On March 31, 2025, H2APEX Group SCA announced an investor agreement to acquire all shares in HH2E Werk Lubmin GmbH. This agreement involves APEX Nova Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of H2APEX, and is contingent on the insolvency plan of HH2E Lubmin being legally confirmed. As part of the deal, APEX has committed to funding HH2E Lubmin with EUR 7 million to finance the insolvency plan.

Following the completion of this transaction, APEX will acquire land in Lubmin intended for a 1,000-megawatt green hydrogen production plant. The site is equipped with a grid connection and water supply, and offers potential for integrating hydrogen into the pipeline network. H2APEX aims to finalize the plant, positioning itself as the leading hydrogen producer in Lubmin.
