Gurit Appoints Viktor Bernhardt as New CFO
Gurit Holding AG, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, announced the appointment of Viktor Bernhardt as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Viktor will succeed Javier Perez-Freije, who departs at the end of November.
Viktor Bernhardt, a German national, brings over 25 years of international finance experience. His career spans roles in multinational corporations, private equity, and family-owned businesses, with a strong focus on corporate transformation and strategic growth. Previously, Viktor served as the CFO of the KWC Group.
Gurit's CEO, Tobias Lührig, expressed gratitude to Javier Perez-Freije and welcomed Viktor Bernhardt to the executive team. Viktor expressed his excitement to drive financial performance and contribute to Gurit's long-term success.
