Gungnir Resources to Start Field Work in Sweden

Gungnir Resources Inc. has announced plans to commence fieldwork at its Knaften-Hemberget project in northern Sweden. This initiative forms part of Gungnir's strategy to expand exploration across its Swedish properties, aimed at uncovering new targets. The upcoming fieldwork will emphasize gabbro-ultramafic intrusions, which have potential for copper mineralization.

Data from the Swedish Geological Survey (SGU) indicates gabbro outcrops with weakly disseminated copper and iron mineralization at Hemberget. Additionally, chalcopyrite is noted in massive sulphides within a boulder database in the eastern region of the expanded Knaften area. Gungnir's previous discoveries in 2017 and 2018 yielded copper concentrations but further progress will depend on securing funds or partnerships.

The company continues to monitor market conditions while planning a limited budget for the project due to current challenges in the junior mining sector.
