Gulli expands into children's play parks

The M6 Group, via its subsidiary Gulli, has acquired La Boite Aux Enfants, a French leader in indoor play parks for children. This acquisition is part of M6's family investment strategy around Gulli, the leading youth channel in France.

Gulli, already present on DTT with strong growth of 29% among children aged 4 to 10, and via its digital applications, is committed to offering play and leisure spaces in France.

Created in 2011 by Gaëtan Le Jariel and co-directed by Aurore de Lacombe, La Boite Aux Enfants manages 25 parks, including 13 under Gulli Parc license. They offer various activities for children aged 1 to 12 and promote parent-child bonding in secure environments.

With 2 million annual visitors and an expected turnover of 18 million euros in 2024, this network aspires to expansion via new attractions and external growth. The transaction is expected to be finalized in early July 2024.
