Guillemot Corporation Announces Erratum in Share Buyback Report

Carentoir, August 26th, 2024 - Guillemot Corporation S.A. has issued an erratum concerning the transactions of its own shares conducted between August 19th and August 23rd, 2024. The report details the daily and aggregate volumes of shares purchased under the buyback program, executed by an independent investment services provider.

On August 20th, a total of 600 shares were bought at an average price of EUR 5.5683 per share. On August 21st, 1,430 shares were purchased at EUR 5.5909 each, while on August 22nd, 1,125 shares were bought at EUR 5.5684 per share. On August 23rd, 1,178 shares were acquired for EUR 5.5229 each.

All transactions were carried out on Euronext Paris. The purpose of the buyback is to cancel the repurchased shares in accordance with MAR regulation, article 5. This action aligns with Guillemot Corporation's ongoing strategy to maximize shareholder value.
