Guanajuato Silver Appoints Rick Trotman as Senior Vice President

Vancouver-based Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has enhanced its leadership team with the addition of Rick Trotman as Senior Vice President. This strategic move aims to strengthen the company's technical and corporate capabilities as it seeks to optimize its assets in Mexico and plan for future growth.

Trotman, a seasoned geologist, brings two decades of experience in both exploration and mining operations. His career includes significant roles at Barrick Gold, Meridian Gold, and Yamana Gold, followed by financial sector experience as a mining analyst. Most recently, Trotman led Barksdale Resources through a complex permitting process in Arizona.

Additionally, Guanajuato Silver announced the granting of 2,200,000 stock options to its officers and employees, with an exercise price of C$0.32. These options are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
