Guanajuato Silver Announces Date of Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 31, 2024 / Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (GSilver) will hold its 2024 annual general meeting (AGM) on June 28, 2024, at 10am Pacific Time. The meeting will take place at the company's office, Suite 578, 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Current directors will stand for re-election and shareholders as of May 14, 2024, will be eligible to vote. The company is also proposing the renomination of KPMG LLP as auditors and the annual approval of its stock option plan.
