GTT Announces Monthly Voting Rights and Share Capital Update

On February 7, 2025, GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) SA released its monthly disclosure concerning the total number of voting rights and shares composing its share capital. This disclosure is in accordance with Articles L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulation by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

As of January 31, 2025, GTT reported a total of 37,117,772 shares. The theoretical total number of voting rights, which includes shares stripped of voting rights, also stands at 37,117,772. The net total number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, is slightly lower at 37,050,537.
