Growth of 14.2% in turnover for CONSTRUCTEURS BOIS in the first half of 2024
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB), eco-real estate developer, announced growth of 14.2% in their consolidated turnover in the first half of 2024, reaching 6.89 million euros, compared to 6.04 million euros. euros in 2023. This performance is driven by the progress of major projects and the obtaining of new building permits in the Grand Est region.
LCB has finalized the sale of 47 housing units to ICF Habitat Nord-Est and 51 housing units to CDC Habitat in the Eco'City of Cantebonne. In addition, LCB completed the second phase of 30 social housing units in Bouxières-aux-Dames and continued the rehabilitation of a former EHPAD in Faulx, totaling a business volume of 11.5 million euros.
The outlook for the second half of 2024 remains favorable, with many transactions to be finalized. LCB continues its commitment to short circuits and low-carbon construction, strengthening its position as a key partner in ecological real estate.
