Information on the Number of Voting Rights for Pierre & Vacances
The Pierre & Vacances Group has published an update regarding its share capital and voting rights. As of November 30, 2025, the company has a total of 461,986,406 outstanding ordinary shares. This number of shares also corresponds to the gross number of voting rights, i.e., 461,986,406 theoretical rights.
The number of exercisable voting rights, adjusted for treasury shares, is 461,869,990. The 1,130 preferred shares are not included in this calculation as they are not admitted to trading and have no voting rights.
