Exail Technologies Reports Robust Q4 2025 Growth

Exail Technologies showcased strong momentum in Q4 2025, achieving a 26% revenue increase. The annual growth was 28%, surpassing targets set in October. This growth stems from navigating operational challenges effectively. Key developments included the delivery of drone-based mine countermeasure systems and increased navigation system production.

Q4 saw Exail secure €147 million in new orders, slightly exceeding Q4 2024. The total annual order intake rose by 87% to €844 million, driven by maritime robotics successes. The company begins 2026 from a solid position, focusing on enhancing maritime operational capacities at a time when maritime sovereignty is paramount.

Maritime robotics achieved notable orders, including a €40 million contract for K-STER drones and orders for DriX drones for naval defense applications. Navigation systems also saw a 31% order increase, aided by capacity expansion.

In the Advanced Technologies segment, Q4 orders were steady at €30 million, with significant sales in photonic components and quantum measurement instruments. Exail completed a €256 million fundraising in January, boosting financial flexibility ahead of 2026.
