Fnac Darty: Number of shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2025

Fnac Darty has published, in accordance with current regulations, the figures relating to the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of shares outstanding reached 29,682,146, while the number of gross voting rights was equivalent. Net voting rights, after deduction of shares deprived of this right, amounted to 29,096,998.

The company reiterates the legal reporting obligation for any shareholder exceeding certain participation thresholds, as set out in Article 9 of its articles of association. No allocation of double voting rights is currently planned, according to a resolution of the 2015 Combined General Meeting.
