Groupe Bastide exceeds its turnover targets for 2023-2024
The Bastide Group announces an annual turnover of €529.7 million, up 8.2% compared to the previous year. This result exceeds the initial target of €520 million set by the group.
Organic growth accelerated particularly in the fourth quarter, reaching 9.5%. Quarterly revenues amounted to €134.5 million, up 10.1%. Home healthcare services and the "Home Care" segment contributed significantly to this performance.
High-tech sectors, such as Respiratory and Nutrition-Perfusion-Stomatherapy, also recorded excellent results. The scope effect of acquisitions, including Oxigo and Occit'perf, contributed positively.
For the 2024-2025 financial year, Bastide is targeting a turnover of more than €560 million. Debt reduction remains a priority with a targeted asset disposal strategy.
